The government of Punjab has announced to allocate especial quota for the students coming from Balochistan.
According to the sources the provincial government has allocated reserved seats to the Baloch students in several universities of Punjab.
The list of the universities include Punjab University, GC University Lahore, Women University Lahore and National College of Arts.
According to the reports, Punjab University has allocated one hundred seats for the male and female students of Balochistan, GC University Lahore has allocated twenty seats for Balochistan students, National College of Arts has thirty reserved seats for students belonging to Balochistan province and five seats have been allocated to the female students in Women University Lahore.
The sources said students would be offered admissions in BS, M.A and M.SC programs.
The students, who get admissions on the basis of reserved seats, don’t have to pay any fee rather they will be facilitated with hostels free of cost and monthly three thousand stipend will also be given to them.
