Government Girls Degree College Turbat faces an extreme shortage of permanent lecturers. Only some of the lecturers are permanent, but the majority of them are substitute lecturers due to which the education process is badly disturbed.
The college badly needs some permanent lecturers for the subjects like history, English, Economics, sociology and some others.It is the main disturbance for students and they are unable to read properly and attend classes.
I strongly request the government of Balochistan and Deputy commissioner Turbat to solve the issue as soon as possible so that the students continue their education with ease and without any disturbance.
