Balochistan National Party (Mengal) candidate Haji Lashkari Raisani has defeated Pakhtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party chief Mahmood Khan Achakzai with a huge margin in NA 265 Quetta.

According to the final results BNP candidate Lashkari Raisani bagged twenty eight thousand votes while his opponent Mahmood Khan Achakzai could merely secure eleven thousand four hundred and eighty seven votes.
Lashkari defeated Achakzai with sixteen thousand five hundred and thirteen votes in National Assembly Constituency.
Victory with such huge margin against a leading Pakhtoon leader was unexpected.
