Journalists are voice of voiceless people, they give rise to the issues with tackling image in the society but the modus operandi of today’s journalism is weird and opaque that creates a ambiguity and obscure for the listeners and readers. The death of journalism starts with black media and yellow media that is causing a catastrphic deformation to the image of Jouranalism and media.
Firstly,the media must be steadfast and secular with no nepotism but with deep eyesight we can see that the journalists are abysmal towards their profession what the obstacle is that the they are deprived of freedom of speech and freedom of expression they can not write anything with their volition and well.
furthermore it is declared that Eleanor Roosevelt and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)—Article 19 states that “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers”
Everyone is free to express ideas with jingolism and robust way with no fear but the the black side is that one who writes or talk about oppressed people or about their massive critical condition,apart this if anyone tries to declare that who is behind this critcal situation will be abduct or sentence to death.
Why the people are fearful about journalists. But other side is abstruse that black media is spreading horrorly which is contaminating the brains of common masses with misfit output and illegal writtings and nepotism.This debauchary of media and journalism is tragic threat to its mortality
instead of mobilizing, inspiring and promoting best media watch they are making media the bastion of lie and blackmail.
Article 19 of the UDHR states that “everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference” and “everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice”.
As it is declared in the International acts that everyone is free and fearless in expression but the truthful and honest journalist are being killed for the sake of writing true situation and circumstances this is worsening their life and taking them into dungeon of fear.
The worth mentioning thing is the very overemphesize of electronic media, print media and social to make tiny things very huge and bombastic.
Internationally the media is being targeted
In last 15 years the the 1800 print media have been banned and sanctioned in US and 245 in UK .
Furtherly,The British broadcasting corporation (BBC) has lay off its 450 employees and many programmes. The grass root cause of this is that fact based journalist and media is being outed hue and cry of the situation is their truthfulness.
Recently, the The Dawn has been banned in many parts across Pakistan’s own offices.
The intellectuals can not write with brevity this is very much sad and embarrass and abash for our society.
