A virus that is epidemically running throughout the world, has brought fears, tears on people’s faces. COVID-19 can be transferred through contacting person to person and this is known to be one of the microbial which causes people to have multiple symptoms like runny nose, sore throat, cough, flu, fever and difficulty in breathing (severe cases). Viruses enter into the body in different ways such as they come from food that we eat, and when we breathe from the air they enter the lungs into the body from a biological process then ultimately they infect us and cause diseases. However, it is estimated that the COVID-19 disease can be fatal for older people, and to those individuals who are in medical conditions such as they have the problems of asthma, diabetes or heart diseases since these all matter with your immunity which plays a very essential role for the development of living organisms.
According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, we must avoid close contact with anyone who has fever and cough because the novel Coronavirus can spread through respiratory droplets, which are liquids and may come up while we are coughing and sneezing. This is one of the major reasons of spreading the coronavirus worldwide.
On the other hand, it has been circulating globally and now entered in Pakistan, bringing fears in every home in the area. The government has ordered a lockdown to secure the people in the province. Unfortunately, they are too far from the precautions to save themselves from the pandemic. It is extremely misfortune to all of us especially those who do not take practical steps to save themselves from coronavirus.
In actuality, precautions must be followed all the time since the microorganism can cause infection and infection to diseases and diseases to death point. The only thing to be safe and healthy we must run behind the microbial such as to use antimicrobials (sanitizers) or those materials containing isopropyl alcohol which are used for washing purposes.
For the precautionary, we need to avoid social gatherings, wash our hands frequently, use masks, don’t touch eyes, nose, and mouth until hygiene. These are the only activities that can prevent Coronavirus overnight. So, prevention is better than cure.
