Yet another shocking news is coming from the Bollywood that music composer Wajid Khan is no more with us. He was diagnosed with Covid-19 a few days ago and was admitted to Surana Hospital in Mumbai. Earlier this Monday morning (1 June) he left the world at the age of 42.
His friend Salim (a music composer) announced his death news. According to the report he also had a kidney infection and went for a kidney transplant. His kidneys infection was very critical, said Salim.
He started his music career in 1998 in the film “Pyar Kiya to Darna Kiya”. Since then he has got a lot of successful music. Mostly he worked with Salman Khan aad did playback singing for Salman Khan.
“Mera he Jalwa” is one of the popular songs of him. Wajid also worked with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar in the song “Chinta Tha Chita Chita” in Rowdy Rathore. Apart from all, he was also a part of singing reality shows such as “SA RE GA MA PA and SA RE GA MA PA singing Superstar.”
Personally, he was a very fun-loving and a great guy. Many Bollywood celebrities tweeted on his farewell. Actor Parineeti Chopra tweets “Every music session with him was memorable.”
Priyanka Chopra tweeted, “Terrible news. The one thing I will always remember is Wajid bhai’s laugh. Always smiling. Gone too soon. My condolences to his family and everyone grieving. Rest in peace, my friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers.”
Harshdeep Kaur tweeted, “Extremely sad to hear about Wajidkhan… Gone too soon!! May god bless his soul”. And many other celebrities tweeted too.
