We dwell in a society where money and physical beauty are worth more than anything. Emotional and mental health affect the way we spend our lives at any stage influencing how we think and behave. But very rare people are aware of that. Mental illness had led people to commiting actions out of senses.
Living alone at his flat, the 34 years old young and famous Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide leaving no message behind the act on 14 June, 2020. According to authorities, he was mentally depressed.
Pakistan also faces this problem on a larger scale. We cannot ignore mental illness anymore as a nation because along with physical health, mental health matters too.
It is an humble request to the respected authorities of the country to spread mental health awareness and set up a Suicide Prevention Hotline throughout the country.
