At least two personnel of Frontier Corps (FC) were killed and three others injured when unknown armed men opened fire on a checkpoint in Dasht area of Turbat, Balochistan.
According to the sources Frontier Corps personnel retaliated after the armed men opened fired and the attackers successfully fled from the scene.
Soon after the attack FC forces surrounded the complete area and initiated a search operation.
The injured FC personnel were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
