Baloch Students Action Committee (BSAC) held its second Unit Body Meeting of the Baloch Students Action Committee-Karachi University (BSAC-KU) Unit on February 15, 2019 at Karachi University. The Unit Body Meeting was chaired by BSAC Karachi Zone General Secretary Aadil Baloch where as BSAC Karachi Zone President Balaach Baloch was present as the chief guest while the meeting was hosted by Asif Baloch; the former duty unit secretary.
Before the presentation of Unit Reports, BSAC Karachi Zone Vice President Arif Baloch presented the Zonal Circular before the meeting. The Unit Body Meeting was comprised of different agendas where Secretary Report which was followed by the Finance Report, Academic Report, Information Report and Tutorial Report were presented by Asif Baloch.
The sessions of the Constructive Criticism, Suggestions and Future Plans were brought under a saturated discussion, and the session of election was presided by Adil Baloch where all the candidates were elected unopposed.
Saad Baloch was elected as Unit President, Shamima Umer Askani as Deputy Unit President, Ilyas Baloch as Unit General Secretary, Zubair Qaumi as Deputy General Secretary and Shah Zaman Baloch as Information Secretary whereas Asadullah Qambrani was elected as the Representative for Faculty of Social Sciences and Arts and Salauddin Bizenjo as the Representative for Faculty of Natural Sciences.
At the end of the meeting, the chief guest Zonal President Balaach Baloch took oath from the newly elected Unit Body Members of Baloch Students Action Committee-Karachi University Unit. In particular note, BSAC appreciates the hard work of the former Unit Body Members during their tenure; former Deputy Unit Secretary Asif Baloch, Academic Secretary Mutallab Baloch and former Information Secretary Saif Baloch, and expects the same enthusiasm with a new esteem from the new Unit Body Members.
